View Paystubs
How you view your paystub depends on if you have a social security number (SSN) or not. See the following sub-pages for details on viewing for each option.
Discontinue receiving a paper copy of your paystub
If you would like to view your paystub online and stop receiving a paper copy of your paystub you can do so from this application. Click on the Go Paperless button, review the information in the window and click on Yes to go paperless. Each pay period you will need to log onto the Paystub application to view your current payment statement.
If you have a need in the future to start receiving paper paystubs again, email VPF HR/Payroll and request a paper paystub.
Email Notification
To receive an email notification when your Paystub is available for review, click the Settings and Authorizations link on the top right corner of the Paystub page and check the selection Current payroll payment is available for review in Atlas. Unchecking the preference will stop the email notifications. This email setting can also be changed by accessing Settings and Authorizations from the About Me menu or from the Email Settings of Direct Deposit Preferences. The Notify me via email when a salary payment is made email setting in Direct Deposit Preferences and the payroll notification in Settings and Authorizations both control salary payment emails and they will update each other upon edits.
Note: Only those employees who have the paperless option in effect will receive email. Employees receiving paper deposit advices will not be notified via email.
